The Digital Library of the Public Library “Hristo Botev” in Bosilegrad (hereinafter: the Digital Library) was established for the purpose of preservation, protection and presentation of library materials, as well as for the improvement of scientific, educational and cultural activities.

By using the content of the Digital Library, the user fully accepts these Terms of Use.

All works (books, publications, texts, audio-visual and other materials) that are publicly available in digital form in the Digital Library are published exclusively with prior consent of the author or copyright holders, in accordance with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Serbia.

📌 Books and other materials for which permission for digitization and online presentation has not yet been obtained are not publicly available via the Internet, but can be used exclusively on the premises of the library, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Digital content available in the Digital Library may be used:

📌 for scientific research and educational purposes
📌 for cultural and informational purposes
📌 for personal, non-commercial use

It is prohibited:

📌 commercial use without special written permission of the library and/or rights holder
📌 removal or modification of authorship and source information
📌 mass downloading of content that may endanger system operation 

When using or citing digital materials, it is mandatory to clearly indicate the source in the following form:

Title of the work – author's name,
Public Library “Hristo Botev”, Bosilegrad – Digital Library,
URL address, access date.

The user is obliged to respect academic and scientific citation standards.

Unless otherwise stated, digital content published in the Digital Library is available under the license:

Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)

This means that it is allowed:
✔️ sharing and use with proper attribution
✔️ use for non-commercial purposes

And it is not allowed:
❌ modification, alteration or adaptation of content
❌ commercial use without permission

The library strives to ensure the accuracy, completeness and availability of digital content, but assumes no responsibility for possible technical interruptions, display errors or unauthorized use of content by third parties.
